    Filmmakers will need to complete a Film Information Form about any project taking place in the OKC area, production, regardless of the need for a permit.

    The Office of Special Events provides guidance on the permitting process.

    Known costs are a $25 application fee plus any additional costs for city services.

    If you're filming in Tulsa, whether on public property or outdoors on private property, the City of Tulsa requires a film permit. Fees regulations can be found through the Special Events Office.
